Feb. 16th, a former Minister of Health Labour and Welfare of Japan Hakuo Yanagisawa and 14 inspectors came to Yeson Voice Center for site visit. Recently, the government of Japan is getting ready for the accreditation system of international hospital. A part of the business, the inspection team visited Korea to learn Korea’s outstanding medical system.
The inspection team had a tour at Yeson Artceum, which is the former voice examination center. They particularly gave an attention to the multichannel phonokinetic evaluation system, which was developed by Yeson Voice Center. The system evaluates the phonatory pattern and substantiated the phonatory muscle usage and kinetic aspect of respiratory phasing through 19 different channels. After the site tour, Dr. Hyung-Tae Kim gave a presentation on the marketing of international patients attracting business.
Dr. Kim stated that the top 4 key points of successful of international patients attracting business are continuous research studies presentations in overseas, multi-lingual websites, multi-lingual coordinators availabilities, and workshop. Furthermore, google adwords advertisement, and SNS online marketing are another major strategies to attract customers.
The tour participants received impression that everything is greatly systemized and well-organized as a small clinic for international business. Dr. Kim commented that site visit is a great opportunity to PR Korea’s medical system and influence a high value industry of medical tourism industry.
