Two children returned to their home country after the successful surgeries done on behalf of the Medical Charity Promotion Ruslan (11, Russia) and Inesa (6, Kazakhstan) who have visited Korea to get an operation of the Laryngeal Papilloma at Yeson got the successful result from their surgery and returned to their home country on the last 20th. They once participated in the Medical Charity Promotion which was held to treat patients of the low-income family and whose medical condition is not advanced in their home country. This promotion was held by the Ministry of Health & Welfare with the supervision of KHIDI and total 10 major Hospitals participated and treated around 30 patients from 12 different countries. The Laryngeal Papilloma refers to the wart produced in Larynx. Larynx placed in the middle of the throat is responsible for the respiration and phonation and protects any substance going through the lung. Once Laryngeal Papilloma is produced, it stops larynx from functioning well and causes roughness in voice, difficulty in breathing. In the most dangerous case, a patient cannot talk at all. Ruslan and Inesa’s result was good after the operation and they enjoyed the tour of Korea’s historical places called ‘Chang Duck Palace’, ‘Ghwang Hwa Moon’, as well as Techno Mart of Shin Do Rim and Coex. Then, their participation in the Medical Korea Promotion as their last schedule, they returned to their home country. According to their parents, they said “I’m so pleasantly astonished by the cutting-edge medical techniques of Korea and appreciate for Yeson’s kind devotion to their children and I will look forward to meeting people in Yeson again sometime later when granted a chance.” In addition to its Medical Charity contribution, Yeson is also making donations to two charities aimed to help isolated children and highly making social contribution by holding any kind of doctors’ seminar overseas.
